  • Lead and coordinate seasonal buying sessions, ensuring alignment with global targets and regional expectations
  • Identify growth opportunities and set clear priorities across categories and key silhouettes
  • Collaborate closely with regional retail teams to gather insights, align on local opportunities, and drive commitment to buying strategies
  • Build strong partnerships with markets to ensure assortments reflect local consumer behavior and store realities
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and adapt buying strategies accordingly
  • Act as a key link between global and regional teams, enabling aligned and insight‑driven decision‑making
  • Monitor sales performance, sell‑through, and stock levels to assess category health and respond to market trends
  • Translate data into clear actions across reorders, rebalancing, markdowns, and future buys
  • Prepare concise and impactful reporting for senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Partner with Planning to manage OTB and ensure optimized stock levels across regions
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to align on product focus and in‑store execution
  • Support Marketing with clear product priorities and input for campaigns and activations
  • Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of key products
