Customer Operations at Sectra is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our delivery team. About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager within Customer Operations, you will be responsible for the overall technical implementation of our solutions in customer projects. While you won't be doing hands-on configuration yourself, you need to understand the technical landscape well enough to communicate effectively with both the customer and your technical team.

Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and leading implementation projects from start to finish—ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions that make a difference in patient care. You will act as a clear and reliable bridge between our internal engineering teams and the customer's technical representatives, maintaining a close relationship with both our project engineers and the customer's IT specialists.

You will:

  • Lead and steer projects toward defined goals
  • Manage customer expectations at both a strategic and operational level
  • Ensure project deliveries, milestones, and resourcing are on track
  • Serve as a steady and clear point of contact between customer, team, and stakeholders
  • Translate technical needs into business value

Skills & Requirements

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is eager and quick to learn, enjoys solving complex problems, and has strong analytical skills. You should also be a strong communicator who can engage with colleagues, partners, and customers in a clear and constructive way.

We believe you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Have a solid technical understanding of digital systems and IT infrastructure
  • Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
  • Have a genuine interest in IT and technology
  • Have experience leading projects in a commercial setting
  • A foundational understanding of DICOM, HL7, and network infrastructure is required to be successful in this role

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked in the healthcare sector
  • Hold certifications or experience in project methodologies (e.g., Prince2, ITIL, Agile)
  • Bring technical knowledge in areas like IT operations, networks, or systems integration
