Main goal

The key role of the Commercial Operations Unit is to implement the commercial rights for all centralized UEFA club
competition and national team competitions matches. Within this unit, the Commercial Operations Intern
coordinates the tasks, projects or subprojects delegated to him/her according to the list of relevant tasks and
responsibilities as outlined below.

Key responsibilities

For the following competitions, UCL, UEL, UECL, UWCL, the Commercial Operations Intern will work on the
following tasks:


Commercial operations documents & procedures:
- Preparation and coordination of key documents across various commercial domains for the pre-season and
season delivery of the UEFA partners’ commercial rights
- Creating “Site Visit and Season Binders”, managing their access rights and ensuring all folders are up to date
- Compiling overviews and documents for sponsorship rights delivery team (e.g. partner rights overviews,
performance levels, management reports etc.)

Communication & coordination:
- Coordinating activities and exchanging information with other UEFA units as well as key external stakeholders
such as clubs.
- Providing support to the Venue Services and Sponsorship Managers (VSSMs) and the Venue Operations and
Broadcaster Managers (VOBMs) for a smooth delivery of the commercial partners’ rights
- Monitoring various e-mail inboxes across competitions

Ticketing hospitality support:
- Collecting and verifying all ticket-related documents (club system guidelines, FAME staff ticketing guidelines,
TEAM Marketing ticketing overview, ticket holder data overview, ticket collection procedures)
- Working together with the other team members to deliver the commercial partners ticketing rights

General support & administration:
- Providing support and content for the organization of workshops, briefings and meetings (e.g. season kick-.off,
match-day briefings, meetings with freelancers, agencies, etc.)
- Providing administrative support for the preparation and organization of matches, including back-office work

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • Experience working in a dynamic and international environment and team
  • Experience working on marketing or commercial projects

Education:

  • Bachelors' degree in business management, marketing, sports management, or any other relevant field

Languages:

  • English / Advanced
