Solution Specialist - CRM & Loyalty

A bit about the role:

As the Solution Specialist - CRM & Loyalty you will be responsible for designing and configuring solutions using standard and custom functionalities. You will also support the internal teams as the second level support engineer and troubleshoot issues of existing solutions. You will also need to understand user stories and work closely with a cross-functional team to build business cases for Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined product requirements.
  • Develop solutions and assist in testing and deployment.
  • Assist the commercial team in building business cases for additional resources for new functionality.
  • Communicate project details, and reasoning with developers and business owners so all parties are up to speed.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in CRM, staying up to date and understanding product updates and new releases from Salesforce that can help commercial teams meet their goals.
  • Ensure data is managed correctly and moves without issues between Salesforce Clouds, and other necessary platforms like Data Platform and Loyalty.
  • Understand data privacy rules and ensure proper management of these rules. Collaborate with DPO and Security to ensure we are meeting these requirements
  • Work with Power BI and Reporting Teams to generate actionable insights for commercial and marketing teams.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:
Knowledge & Skills:

  • Work experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and constraints. Proficient in salesforce customizations, able to effectively build and troubleshoot flows, validations and other automations, building dashboards and reports. Certifications recommended<ins>.</ins>
  • Experience working with data using Workbench, Data Loader or similar tool. Experience with any ETL is a plus.
  • Proven ability to define requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with high professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Not required but a big plus: Salesforce Voice, Agentforce, understanding Apex and/or LWC
