We’re now looking for an skilled and creative UI/UX & Digital Designer to help create the future of edTech for children together with us. As our user base grows, so does the need for new products and its time to look into whats ahead of us!
We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX & Digital Designer to join our marketing team, focusing on web design and working across all B2C brands within the Albert Group. If you have a strong background in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, and a particular interest in working on digital platforms such as websites, emails, and paid advertising, this role could be a great fit for you. We’re seeking someone who has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and the latest web technologies.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and tech teams to create engaging, high-quality designs that drive results across all our B2C brands, with Albert as the primary focus. We are a data-driven company, where decisions are made based on the results and data from ongoing experiments. Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a significant plus, as it aligns with our focus on continuously improving and optimizing user experience to maximize conversion rates. Experience with subscription-based business models is also highly desirable, as well as the ability to tailor your designs to different formats, such as emails, ads, and even print materials.
