A bit about the role:
The Hotel Operations Manager is the day-to-day primary contact for shipboard Hotel Managers. This role has the responsibility of quality assurance and its performance of housekeeping services, guests experience, onboard sales and crew onboard as well as all onboard Food and Beverage Services.
This is a 6 months temporary contract.
Role based in Hamburg on hybrid setup

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent with 1-5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager.
· Good Analytical Skills
· English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, other language such as German, or Norwegian are additional benefits for this role.
· Excellent knowledge of analysing Data, work with Excel and PowerPoint
· Positive and profession behaviour.
· Must able to lead and manage a team remotely as well travel globally in an international work environment · Must have Food and Beverage background.
