Business Support Services Administrator, Seoul

South Korea is Sweden’s third largest export market in Asia. Business Sweden has been active in South Korea since 1997. Together with our global offices and across APAC, we actively support market growth for Swedish companies in Korea and for Korean business investors to Sweden.

Business Sweden’s Seoul office is now looking for a talented individual to join our growing Business Support Services team as administrator.

As Business Support Services Administrator your job will encompass a diverse range of tasks including supporting local finance, accounting, and other corporate matters for our Swedish subsidiaries. The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

  • Accounts Payable: upload payments in bank for various clients, securing/saving payment proofs, daily entries for payables, collecting, saving and filing backups
  • Payments of taxes and dues on government websites
  • Other banking tasks such as registration change, opening pension accounts etc
  • Liaising with the head office finance team
  • Support for e-tax sales invoices for clients

This position is a 6- month contract with 50% part time hours, starting April 2025, with the potential of being extended.

Formal requirements

  • Has a minimum of 1-year experience in general admin and/or accounting within foreign companies
  • Has strong command of both English and Korean, both written and spoken; experience or training in business English is a plus
  • Has knowledge/experience in accounting ERP and other software
  • Is skilled in using Excel and other MS application
  • Must possess a work permit in Korea if applicant is holding foreign nationality
