At frog you will focus on helping our clients from enabling ideas to empowering their execution and scaling sustainable human-centric transformation. The person we wish to invite to join our mission:
- Holds a Master’s degree, with strong academic records
- Graduates during 2025, or recently graduated and holds maximum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for customer experience.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial drive for creating change and an insatiable thirst for learning.
- Holds a rallying cry for true collaboration and an ability to work independently.
- In addition, international and professional experiences as well as extracurricular activities are seen as meriting.
As a frog, you should also have:
- Strong presentation, storytelling and social skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish & English
- Affinity with frog’s values Human, Curious, Brave, Collaborative, Genuine and Spirited, and a passion for creating products, services and experiences that meet people's functional and emotional needs
- Eagerness to learn and grow
We welcome graduates and young professionals to join us in Fall 2025. You will be located in our space in Gothenburg, but with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
