Programmatic Specialist – Temporary Position

You? A detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional with a passion for programmatic advertising.

Role? As a Programmatic Specialist, you’ll ensure the operational and technical success of our programmatic display, native, and video advertising campaigns across Nordics, collaborating closely with the Programmatic Managers and team.

We’re looking for a Programmatic Specialist for a temporary position, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of August 2026.

Tech stack? Google Ad manager, Xandr, Prebid SSP platforms, Relevant Yield, and other programmatic tools. Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.

  • Technical skills Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will:

  • Manage programmatic deals, create deals for buyers, troubleshoot issues, and track activation and revenue.
  • Monitor and block unwanted advertisers, ensuring brand safety and compliance.
  • Analyze programmatic performance, identifying and resolving roadblocks in programmatic buying.
  • Provide programmatic customer service by supporting account managers, advertisers, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.

    Colleagues

    You’ll be part of the Programmatic team, collaborating with Programmatic Managers, Analysts, Account Managers, and sales teams across Nordics. Reporting to the Head of Advertising System Operations, you’ll work together to drive programmatic success.
