About the position
Are you a proactive and results-driven finance professional looking to make a real impact? We are searching for a Business Controller to join our team and contribute to the financial success of a company dedicated to improving health and well-being.
As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support Oriola’s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to data-driven decision-making and business development.
Key Responsibilities in this role
- Financial reporting & forecasting: Monthly management reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
- Performance analysis & improvement: Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and participate in business optimization projects.
- Business case calculations & follow-up: Drive financial efficiency across the organization.
- Collaboration & stakeholder engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance financial processes and decision-making.
Skills & Requirements
Personal and experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, data/technical fields.
- 3–5 years in a Business Controller or Analyst role, with a track record in financial reporting and development.
- Experience with BI tools, financial systems, and SAP is a plus.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or production business is an advantage.
Other Requirements
- Proactive, analytical, and hands-on attitude with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Finnish; Swedish is an asset.
