THE OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL
You? A Workday expert or enthusiast, ready to dive deeper into Absence and Time Tracking and help shape smarter HR tech.
Role? Be part of our core Workday team, driving configuration and optimisation of Time and Absence modules across Vend.
Company? Schibsted Marketplaces, soon to be Vend, home of Tori, Oikotie, FINN, Blocket, DBA & Bilbasen, where millions of people across the Nordics connect to find what they need, whether it’s a job, a home, a way to move, or a fresh start.
Location? Join us in our Stockholm, Helsinki, or Krakow office (Oslo, Copenhagen, Aarhus also possible) with flexibility to work remotely 2–3 days a week: your choice, your balance.
Why us? At Vend, we’re on a mission to optimise how HR works. In this role, you’ll shape core Workday processes, partner closely with HR, IT, and Payroll, and see your impact realised across 3500+ employees. You’ll grow professionally, gain exposure to a global HR tech landscape, and help lead transformation during a period of change.
Sounds like your cup of tea? Check out the details below!

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
As a Workday Functional Analyst, your mission is to support, configure and continuously improve our Time Tracking and Absence setup in Workday. You’ll be part of the People Platforms, Data & Analytics team, a cross-functional group focused on making HR processes better through smart technology and great data. You’ll report to the Head of People Platforms and work alongside two other Workday Analysts – all with clear ownership and strong team spirit.
The challenge? You’ll step into a transforming environment, where we’re separating from Schibsted and building up our own processes from the ground up. That means some things are not yet in place – but that’s also the exciting part. You’ll have real influence, room to shape your work, and a chance to create scalable, future-proof solutions.
GOT YOUR ATTENTION? Let us hear from you!
Apply by 20th April. We’ll begin reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so don’t wait too long.
