To support the start of our commercial production at the Morrow Cell Factory (MCF) we are now looking for capable Warehouse Operators to support our existing team in executing logistics processes.

This position focuses on ensuring efficient material flow, inventory management, and timely deliveries to support manufacturing and commercial operations. The person will have the ability to handle dynamic working environments, executing warehouse processes with good attention to detail.

A Forklift license is required for classes T1, T2, T4, preferably also T3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and receive inbound materials and chemicals.
  • Prepare and load finished goods for shipment to customers/partners.
  • Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with regular inventory counts.
  • Handle production scrap and prepare it for pick-up/storage.
  • Follow up on tasks in our ERP system (SAP).
  • Maintain logistical equipment and areas through regular maintenance and inspections.

Skills & Requirements

  • Certificate of Apprenticeship in logistics or warehousing, or other relevant vocational education. Experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics operations, preferably within manufacturing industry, but other industries are also welcome.
  • Norwegian language skills are beneficial
  • Strong motivation to contribute and take responsibility for high-quality logistics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) would be preferred.
  • Recognize the importance of safety and adhering to safety regulations
  • Comfortable with shift work
