We are looking for a new colleague who can support, facilitate, promote, and inspire the strategy & strategic execution process at Hurtigruten. The Strategic Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading strategic projects and supporting the corporate strategy process.
In the role as Strategic Project Manager you will join the Hurtigruten strategy team, who owns and facilitates the strategic planning process and support cascading this throughout the entire organization. The strategy team is part of the Strategy & People department, as we believe People and Strategy goes hand in hand.

The role reports to the VP Strategy & Corporate Planning. This is a temporary position needed because of a parental leave. Potential to transition into a permanent role.
The desired start date is as soon as possible and until April 1, 2026.
