We are seeking an organised and proactive Admin and Accounts executive to join our team in Gurugram office .The position is full time employment .We offer you to be a natural leader with drive for constant improvement , supporting the production office manager to develop efficient ,cost conscious and sustainable office functioning .Implement our HR policies to ensure Kappahl values are followed .
Job Profile
Accounts :Manage office finances,accounting operations and payroll processing .
Admin :Manage office administrative functions and operations to secure compliance to company policies .Maintain legal compliance related to office registration ,leasing and taxes .Maintain employee records and adherence to HR policies .
HR :Support implementation of HR policies ,recruitment ,on-boarding of new employees and develop employee relationship .Proactively work with company,s HR policies to secure attractive workplace .
Skills & Requirements
Structured and Organised .Good communication and interpersonal skills .Good command of spoken and written English and local language . Multi tasking and time management .Obligated to maintain confidentiality .Able to work independently .
Education : University education in relevant fields and 4-5 years experience in similar position .
Proficiency of working with Microsoft office , Microsoft Dynamics [ D 365] ,Accounting tools and system .
