About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping the product strategy, ensuring we deliver delightful, high-quality experiences for job seekers and recruiters. Your mission is to take our UX practice to the next level—both in terms of execution and strategic influence. As UX Director, you will be part of the Product Leadership Team for Jobs and report to the CPO.

2005Schibsted Growth starts investing in various digital brands.
2006 The international expansion of Schibsted classified business is starting.
2019Adevinta is listed at Oslo Børs. Schibsted’s international Marketplaces is spun off into a separate company.
2020 - 2021Adevinta acquires 100% of eBay Classifieds Group creating the worlds largest online classified company. As part of the agreement, Schibsted buys DBA.dk and bilbasen.dk
2024Schibsted separated into two companies. The news media operations were sold to the Tinius Trust, creating two new companies – Schibsted Media and Schibsted Marketplaces.
