This position involves managing the financial aspects and supplier relationships for our hypercar programs while maintaining our relentless commitment to quality, cost, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity within the business unit.
- Budget Management: Set and manage budgets, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to achieve business and performance goals.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other department heads to ensure coordination and cooperation across business units.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Report performance data and forecasts to executive management.
- Change Management: Implement change management initiatives as required.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet customer needs.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Significant leadership experience in the automotive industry, particularly in powertrain systems.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a broad knowledge of the industry.

- According to agreement.
- Full time on-site.
