As we prepare to launch commercial production, we have several new openings for skilled Control Room Operators to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our battery cell factory, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

This role is crucial to monitor and control continuous real-time data, tracking performance, detecting issues, and adjusting promptly. The Control Room serves as a communication hub, facilitating coordination between different departments and teams to enable seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control production processes using MES and SCADA systems.
  • Monitor building and utility systems using BMS, CCTV and fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure production parameters are within specified limits; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, production & process engineering teams to address equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, incidents, and corrective actions. Preparing reports for production management.
  • Perform routine inspections and checks to ensure control system integrity and reliability of equipment’s control systems.
  • Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Provide support during factory start-ups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a control room operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Vocational school or certification in related field.
  • Proficiency in MES and SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Central control room environment.
  • Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, will be required.
