As a Key Account Manager, you play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our customers, primarily within the public sector. The main objective of the role is to drive growth within your own portfolio by increasing service utilization, expanding the number of users, and generating higher revenues.

The team also holds overall responsibility for maximizing Epassi’s sales performance, revenue, and customer profitability, reducing churn, and enhancing customer satisfaction among existing customers within the Mid – X large segment across all of Epassi’s products.

This role is a fixed term role for 1 year with a start in January 2026.

Your mission at Epassi:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and nurturing long-term partnerships with our customers within the public sector. Your mission is to drive growth by deepening customer relationships, increasing service utilization, expanding user bases, and enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability across Epassi’s portfolio of products.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and develop strong, lasting relationships within your customer portfolio.
  • Drive strategic customer development and influence key decision-makers before and during procurement processes.
  • Proactively ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities to grow revenues and user numbers.
  • Leverage satisfied customers for reference-based sales and new business generation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and challenges effectively.

What you'll be doing:
In your day-to-day, you’ll engage with municipalities, public sector clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to position Epassi as a trusted partner. You’ll educate and challenge customers to optimize their use of Epassi’s solutions and guide them toward growth and success — ultimately helping Epassi expand its footprint in the market.

What you should bring:

  • 3–5 years of proven success in a similar Key Account Management or B2B sales role.
  • +3 years of experience working with public sector clients.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with complex service offerings and a good understanding of SaaS and customer success principles.
  • Experience working with HR-related solutions is a plus.

Your language profile:

  • Swedish at least C1 and English at least B2.

Your track record:

  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upselling and strategic account development.
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing long-term relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Experienced in driving customer satisfaction and profitability improvements.
