As a Key Account Manager, you play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our customers, primarily within the public sector. The main objective of the role is to drive growth within your own portfolio by increasing service utilization, expanding the number of users, and generating higher revenues.

The team also holds overall responsibility for maximizing Epassi’s sales performance, revenue, and customer profitability, reducing churn, and enhancing customer satisfaction among existing customers within the Mid – X large segment across all of Epassi’s products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with customers in your own portfolio
  • Drive strategic customer development and establish long-term partnerships
  • Ensure the delivery of Epassi's services and proactively work with customer care
  • Actively visit customers and proactively influence and guide upcoming procurements by educating and challenging customers and municipalities before a procurement process is formally initiated
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities for additional services and new users
  • Actively work with reference-based sales by leveraging satisfied existing customers to attract new business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally to address customer needs and challenges
  • Influence and engage key stakeholders both internally and externally

Main Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven successful experience in a similar role
  • 2–3 years of experience working with the public sector
  • Experience working with complex service offerings
  • Experience working with HR is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and customer success
