🚀 Are you an accounting expert who goes beyond just crunching numbers? Do you have the leadership skills to drive real business impact? We're looking for a Head of Accounting—someone who not only knows their way around a balance sheet but also understands that finance is about shaping strategy, not just closing the books
What You’ll Be Owning:
- Leading and developing the accounting team, ensuring we stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
- Ensure smooth operations across monthly reporting, payroll, incoming invoices, tax & VAT reporting
- Own and optimize our internal controls framework, working closely with Compliance & Assurance
- Optimizing processes, finding efficiencies, and making sure we’re leveraging the best solutions, tools and tech.
- Take full responsibility for financial reporting, including: Annual report, Monthly reporting to Ferd and Quarterly reports to the bank
- Keeping a pulse on financial risks, tax matters, and accounting policies—we play by the rules but always find smart ways to stay agile.

Skills & Requirements
- A Certified Auditor credential and 10+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm
- An MSc. in Accounting with a specialization in the field
- A experienced leader with minimum 5 years of experience
- A leader who can mentor, coach, and inspire a team to perform at their best.
- Solid expertise in tax regulations, and audit processes
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
