In order to respond to the increasing demand of our in-house recruitment services, we are in the hunt for experienced recruiters. In this role you will work as an independent embedded recruiter in our in-house projects as well as an executive search consultant. Your job description will be determined by the project and it can include hands on recruitment, consulting and recruitment development. You will be working from both the client premises as well as in our brand-new office.

In order to succeed and most importantly in order for you to help our clients succeed we expect you to have at least one year of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house or consultant -role.

In addition of being a recruitment pro, we would hope that you are an outgoing person with a hunger for knowledge and willingness to challenge yourself. You also want to help our clients find the right talents and talents to find their next dream job. If this resonates to you and you find yourself in this text – we need to talk!

Skills & Requirements

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in (Executive Search OR Recruitment) preferably in IT AND passion for recruiting AND excellent English + Finnish language skills

If you are able to think on your feet, act rapidly, learn quickly and have fun while doing so, you will fit right in! If you are triggered by challenges and taking on more responsibility, then this role is probably a good match to keep you motivated.
