We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the successful development and delivery of our medical devices.
As a Project Manager at Nordberg Medical, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, consisting both of internal resources and external CMO´s, to deliver complex projects related to the development and implementation of production projects delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver the scope on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project scope, ensuring all activities and outcomes meet quality standards.
- Track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO13485, and other regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed and maintained accurately.

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the medical device and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Knowledge in relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 13485 or GMP).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Proficiency in Swedish is desirable, but not essential.
