Join Capgemini as a Senior SAP HR Payroll Consultant, and establish a long term relationship with our major customer, helping them optimizing their HR digitalizations.

Your role

Join Capgemini as a Senior SAP HR Payroll Consultant and assist our customers in improving, maintaining and transferring the payroll configuration within digital transformation projects. You will be the driving force into building up a new Payroll team within Capgemini Belgium.

As a key player in our transformation and implementation projects, you will:

  • Gather customer requirements, design and validate payroll solutions & integrations and perform data validations in the payroll system
  • You will set up integration for the payroll input (time and master data) which can be provided by other systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, …)
  • Work together as a team to improve payroll processes of customer organizations and advising them on running payroll administration systems and monitoring them for compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Drive payroll expertise within Capgemini, collaborating with our specialists in leading HRIS solutions
  • You are responsible for our SAP HR Payroll service offering and go to market. You will take ownership in driving the sales process for new prospects in close collaboration with our sales team.

Your profile

You’re not just a payroll expert, you’re a problem solver with a sharp eye for detail. Here’s what makes you a great fit:

  • Proven experience in SAP HR payroll configuration, integrations, and core HR processes across multiple industries
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of the Belgian legal declarations in SAP HR like ASR, DFMA and BelcoTAX
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of SAP HR Payroll Schema’s and Cycles
  • You are good with figures, you have strong analytical skills, and you are quick to connect the dots
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are a go-getter
  • Fluent in Dutch/French, and professional working proficiency in English
