About the Job
At TimeEdit, we believe in context over control—you’ll get the clarity and support you need, then the freedom to run with it.
Our Academic Operations Platform sits at the core of some of the world’s most forward-thinking higher education institutions, helping them resolve scheduling conflicts, streamline operations, and improve the daily experience for both students and staff.
Backed by leading SaaS investors and with 20+ years of domain expertise, we’ve expanded from Scandinavia to the UK and APAC. Today, over 200 universities and colleges trust TimeEdit to power their operations - and we’re just getting started.
We’re now looking for a new Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in ANZ and help us bring operational clarity to more institutions across the region.
The mission
Most will agree that universities and colleges are quintessential to a well-functioning society. However, with their inherent complexity in operations and immense size, they are among the most difficult organisations to run efficiently. TimeEdit is on a mission to solve this by delivering the most comprehensive suite of efficient academic operations tools to the higher education sector globally. We are the fastest growing provider in the industry and are expanding rapidly with new implementations in the Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK - to name a few. More and more universities are discovering TimeEdit to solve their academic operations needs.
The challenge
As the market is transitioning from legacy monoliths, excel spreadsheets and home-grown has-beens, the TimeEdit customer success team is pivotal in easing the digitisation process for our customers. This critical function is responsible for onboarding universities in the world of TimeEdit.
The role
As an Implementation Consultant within the TimeEdit customer success team, you will...
• Be the process and system expert advising and guiding our customers during the onboarding project
• Conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure and workflow for each customer
• Be responsible for the technical set-up and configuration of TimeEdit throughout the customer onboarding
• Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise TimeEdit to receive maximum value from the product
• Surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set-up and onboarding experience
• Be a product expert and understand how different tailored TimeEdit set-ups and workflows serve different purposes and demands
• Serve as a trusted advisor, and represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
We urge you to apply if you…

Flexible hours and a remote friendly environment
TimeEdit was born in Sweden in the mid-90s when an astrophysicist supercharged an Excel sheet to build a better way to manage academic schedules. Fast forward a few decades, and that spark has evolved into the world’s most beloved Academic Operations Platforms - powering everything from scheduling and curriculum design to workload planning and student registration.
As a leading SaaS company in EdTech, we’re on a mission to redefine how higher education institutions run their operations. Today, TimeEdit is a market leader in Europe and one of the fastest-growing player in our field.
And the impact? Our customers reduce facility costs by an average of 20%, unlocking over €4 million annually that can be reinvested in research, teaching, and student success. But the real win? Happier students and better retention rates.
We recently welcomed our 200th customer and are scaling fast with new, powerful applications and a global rollout. Every day, more than 2 million students, teachers rely on TimeEdit to keep their academic engines running (and yes - we’re definitely proud of that too).
Context, not controlIf the team is fully aware of our purpose and how it maps to TimeEdit's current state of business, we believe we can make much better decisions and accomplish far more than through a top-down management model.
Swing for the fencesWe encourage experimentation. Better to try and sometimes fail than to sit tight and… fail for sure. Each mistake carries a lesson, and we make sure to learn from it.
Judgment > PoliciesSocial media policy. Travel policy. Buy a round of beers at an event policy. Work from home policy. Nay. Our policy on these (and most things) consists of three words: Use good judgement.
Work-life fitWe're scaling a company where people can build their work around their life, not the other way around. Flexibility means you're in the driver's seat to create a schedule that works for you, your passions, and the people you love.
