Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Operation & Analytics team and help build market position by locating, developing, and closing business deals and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationships with main internal partners: with input toward business targets, design and implement plans / approaches to deliver agree business goals.
  • New Business Opportunities: Through fostering new relationships and networks within diverse operational partners, identifying and developing new opportunities
  • National Level: Setting up foundation with operational delivery, partnership with property developers and other service providers (i.e.: repairs, insurance, cars dealership, car wash, parking)
  • Represent the Company: Increase and continually promote the M brand in the market
  • Continuous improvement: monitor, evaluate key KPIs, drive improvement of business performance.

Skills & Requirements

Required Experiences & Skills:

  • Experience in strategy implementation and project management, a doer is needed
  • 10 years Business / Operational Development, in Consumer / Retail / Service Industry with digital platforms
  • A Bachelors or Masters in business-related discipline
  • A natural rapport builder – able to quickly engage with a wide variety of people
  • A strong ‘will to win’ – excited by working towards challenging targets
  • Perseverance - the self-motivation to drive for results with continued high levels of activity
  • Commercial acumen - the ability to speak with C-Suite contacts around complex topics in a credible and informed manner
  • Team-Player – cross-functional partner and ability to support and facility different teams
  • Partnership development - ability to engage, influence and impact
  • Ability to travel for with short notice nationally / internationally
  • Languages - excellent command of English and Swedish both spoken and written, are essential
