Capgemini Invent - Generative AI Enthusiast (From Associate Consultant to Senior Manager)

Is it worth the investment? How can we measure this value? How do we cultivate a culture of AI adoption and innovation? What are the most impactful use cases in our industry? Where should it be deployed within my organization? Which measures should be implemented to keep it under control? Should the deployment be gradual or executed in a Big Bang approach? Should we utilize open-source, proprietary, or hybrid Generative AI models? Among Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, The Chat, Claude, and DeepSeek, which one should we choose?

These are just a few of the numerous questions we assist clients in addressing.

  • Develop training programs, including skill-building workshops and AI compliance sessions, to enable workforce readiness.
  • Establish and nurture user communities and senior sponsorship networks to support change adoption across all levels of the organization.

Data Security and Enablement

  • Partner with Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) to implement best-in-class data governance frameworks, including data retention policies, sensitivity labeling, and AI compliance measures.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and standards while enabling secure customization of GenAI platforms.
  • Drive initiatives related to ethical AI, data protection, and secure technical integration to mitigate potential risks.

The profile(s) we are looking for:
