Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to Scandic Hotels Group - Stockholm, Sweden (Office/Hybrid)

As our CRO specialist, you will have a central position in running one of the largest e-commerce businesses within the travel industry in the Nordics. Your main goal is to convert visitors into customers by optimizing user experiences and identifying barriers in the conversion funnel based on data. You will set up A/B and multivariate tests from start to end, including research and analysis, and inspire team members and stakeholders into a more data-driven mindset.

In this role, your will be part of an international product and customer-experience team consisting of CRO-specialists, UX and UI designers and product owners, focusing on supporting our customers and guest throughout the entire customer journey with digital solutions and optimized booking experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze our digital platforms, user behavior and key metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics, Hojtar and similar to identify areas and build hypotheses for improvement
  • Design and implement experiments such as A/B, multivariate, or split tests to test hypotheses for optimization from start to end including the analysis
  • Continuously measure the performance of implemented tests and changes, providing detailed reports on what works and what doesn't
  • Conduct usability tests in collaboration with UX designers and gather feedback to identify pain points in the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and effective experiences
  • Make reports and presentations to communicate test outcomes, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and developer teams
  • Together with CRO Specialist, coordinate and communicate with product owners, designers, developers and QA to drive projects forward with end-to-end CRO management
  • Identify and support in personalization opportunities

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of experience working with CRO and A/B testing for web and app platforms, preferably within hospitality and/or e-commerce
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
  • Experience from CRO and insight tools such as Adobe Target, Hotjar or similar
  • A good grasp of user-centered design principles and how user experience affects conversion rates
  • Knowledge of digital marketing landscape with and understanding of SEO, SEM and content marketing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Education within Conversion Management or Analytics
  • Full working proficiency in English
