FP&A Accountant

Job Description

We have a role in our finance team in Milton Keynes, we are looking to recruit an FP&A Accountant. Working closely with our controlling functions, creating analytical models and be our subject matter expert in Power BI.

You would have a wealth of experience in FP & A and reporting, and a solid understanding of accounting practises. This role will also work closely with our supply chain function, so sound knowledge of supply chain or manufacturing would be very beneficial.

You will be great at:

• Excel, ideally your knowledge will be advanced
• Power BI
• Accounting and book-keeping principles and procedures
• Financial modelling and reporting
• Dealing with large data sets, using, data warehouse software & SQL

You’ll be responsible for:

• Development of BI reports used company-wide, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and consistency across departments
• Supporting development of profitability reports
• Responsible for various key financial models
• Supporting forecasts and annual budget processes

You will be:

• Ideally you will be qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
• Experienced in FP&A ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Well organised and able to manage multiple activities to tight deadlines
• Excellent at stake holder management
• Analytically curious and logical
