A bit about the role:
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture Team in Prague. This is a brand-new role and pivotal in setting up a new team in Prague, supporting recruitment processes and in ensuring compliance. You will be joining HX at an exciting time, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition who will also be based on site, and working closely with the Global People and Culture team.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will bring experience, enthusiasm, detail focus and a can-do attitude to the People & Culture team and the HX business. You will need to identify high quality candidates to be based at the Prague office and globally, advance our brand across the Prague market and communities. The role will also be responsible sourcing and hiring for every funcitions positions and also support the development of the HX Employee Value Proposition
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies while managing expectations clearly.
- Manage the hiring process from the job intake to the offer stage
- Managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously whilst working at pace.
- Identifying and engaging with both passive and active talent through use of Jobylon, LinkedIn, social media, and creative search techniques.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management. These will include, but not be limited to, Travel Consultants, HR, Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance globally into the various countries/regions.
- Providing best-in-class candidate experience by advocating and conducting detailed candidate screening, scheduling interviews along with collecting and giving constructive candidate interview feedback.
- Support the developpment and activation of the HX Employee Value Proposition
- Focusing on the quality of hire, and ensuring a fair and effective recruitment process, while consistently providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Accurate maintenance of our applicant tracking system, Jobylon, to ensure data integrity and allow you to tell the story of your search, progress, and challenges.
- Proactively sharing market insights to enable Hiring Managers to make the right hiring decisions, looking at talent availability and cost.
- Utilizing our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions.
- Recommending and driving improvements that impact talent pipelines.
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrable experience sourcing/recruiting top talent globally, in a corporate environment.
- Capable of managing 20+ multi-functional vacancies simultaneously.
- Results-oriented, who demonstrates a determination to drive things forward and making sure decisions are made and followed through.
- Solid in house recruitment experience, managing senior stakeholders
- Experience of elevating an employer brand
- Experience with the developement of an Employee Value Proposition
- Strong communicator on Social Medias
- Ability to identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels
- Excels in a fast-paced/agile environment and shift focus quickly while working autonomously
- Passion for diversity and inclusion
- Full business proficiency in English. Any other languages is an advantage.
