Business Sweden is seeking a driven and structured Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our Inhouse agency team, you will report to the Head of Inhouse Agency. As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global operations and fostering collaboration within our organization. This position is based at our headquarters centrally located in Stockholm.

At Business Sweden, we specialize in helping Swedish companies expand their global sales and assisting international companies in investing and growing in Sweden. With a presence in over 40 markets, we provide strategic advice and hands-on support to companies of all sizes and across various industries.

As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be supporting a wide range of marketing activities and will handle project coordination. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing email send-outs
  • Creation of event pages and support
  • Basic video editing
  • Producing graphic material
  • Editing web pages
  • Collaborate with different regional teams and oversee the regional LinkedIn channels
  • Content publishing – publish and update marketing materials such as articles and reports
  • Providing support for marketing communication tasks
  • Handling administrative marketing duties

Formal requirements

  • Applicable educational background, preferably in communication, media, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing or communications department, production or media agency and from working in an international organisation.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of CMS and HTML.
  • Experience working with the Adobe package.
  • Experience working with SEO is an advantage.
  • A keen eye for copy and imagery.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
