Main goal
This role will support the Volunteer project and the Venue Volunteer Coordinator at the venue level to create an exceptional, impactful, and memorable experience for 250 to 500 stadium volunteers. This involves to ensure the right volunteers are placed in each project, with the appropriate skills, availability, and motivation, while managing assignments in a streamlined, sustainable, and effective manner.
Key responsibilities
Location: The successful candidate will support one of the eight venues: Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lucerne, Sion, St. Gallen, Thun or Zurich.
- April to June 2025: the Venue Volunteer Assistant will be based mainly at the headquarters of Women's EURO 2025 SA in Nyon, but must be able to be physically present at the assigned venue on request
- July 2025: based at the Volunteer Centre of the assigned venue
