Our Medical Affairs team is growing and we are looking for our new

Medical Education Manager Europe

As the Medical Education Manager for Europe, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of internal medical education programs across the European region. Reporting to the Group Medical Affairs Director for Nordberg Medical Institute, you will design educational strategies, deliver scientific training, and ensure alignment with Medical Affairs. Your primary focus will be on equipping internal stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to optimize their expertise in Nordberg Medical’s innovative products.

You will mostly work on

Internal Medical Education

  • Develop and implement scientific training programs for internal teams across Europe
  • Roll out training programs through in-person workshops and bootcamps for new joiners
  • Ensure customer-facing teams are well-equipped with current scientific knowledge
  • Continuously enhance internal training programs to meet regional needs and incorporate feedback

Curriculum and Program Development

  • Design training materials aligned with European market standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop standardized workshops and locally adapted training programs
  • Ensure data-driven evaluation and optimization of educational initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable smooth rollout of programs and materials

Event and Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate training initiatives with local teams and external partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, trainers, and event providers
  • Oversee budgeting, logistics, and resource planning for educational activities

Skills & Requirements

What you bring to this role

This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be a part of cross-functional teams as well as the global Medical Affairs team. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion. Moreover, someone who is adaptable to diverse cultural and regulatory environments, with the ability to localize training content effectively. Additionally, the role will include travel as part of its responsibilities (up to 40%).

Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in medical education or healthcare training within the pharma or medtech industry
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage regional or international education programs for both internal teams and HCPs, including experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, and resource allocation for educational programs and events
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus

Qualifications that make you stand out:

  • Experience with developing and implementing medical education strategies across multiple European markets with proven ability to engage with KOLs and faculty to deliver high-quality, regionally relevant training
  • Strong knowledge of EU healthcare compliance standards and regulatory frameworks, especially within the field of medical aesthetics
