Medical Education Manager Europe
As the Medical Education Manager for Europe, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of internal medical education programs across the European region. Reporting to the Group Medical Affairs Director for Nordberg Medical Institute, you will design educational strategies, deliver scientific training, and ensure alignment with Medical Affairs. Your primary focus will be on equipping internal stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to optimize their expertise in Nordberg Medical’s innovative products.

What you bring to this role
This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be a part of cross-functional teams as well as the global Medical Affairs team. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion. Moreover, someone who is adaptable to diverse cultural and regulatory environments, with the ability to localize training content effectively. Additionally, the role will include travel as part of its responsibilities (up to 40%).
