Job description
The Supervisor takes overall responsibility for a destination and acts as the right hand of the Destination Manager. The job includes staff management, administration, budget goal follow-up, and operational tour guide tasks. It also involves ensuring routines and processes in daily work. Customer satisfaction and quality follow-up are central parts of the job.
You are organized, can work independently, and express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You are service-minded and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you are unpretentious and naturally inclined to lead a team and contribute to a good team spirit.
