Your role

Data Analyst and BI Engineers are the foundation of the Data and AI profession, applying their expertise to ensure governance and management, and influencing business decisions by the stories they tell with data.

At Capgemini, this multifaceted specialism has significant experience across traditional warehousing technologies and databases, Big Data and Cloud. There is never a dull moment in this career path!

As a junior Data Analyst & Bi Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Integrate, transform and consolidate data from various structured and unstructured data systems.
  • Create and design data models.
  • Translate functional requirements into a scalable, fit-for-use technical design.
  • Own the delivery of data modelling and data pipelines.
  • Implementing a new operating model which supports innovation and acceleration through data & analytics.
  • Contributing data expertise to strategic projects that align with the clients goals.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who :

  • Owns a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Business Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Has strong knowledge of SQL (this is a must).
  • Is fluent in Dutch or French and English, but notion of other language and willing to improve.
  • Is geographically mobile: Although you must be ready to accept assignments anywhere in Belgium, most of your assignments will be Brussels based.
  • Is eligible for security clearance.
