Join Capgemini as a Junior Human Capital Management Consultant, and establish a long term relationship with our major customer, helping them optimizing their HR digitalizations.

Your role

As a functional HCM consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to get hands on experience in one of our software packages, more specifically in the HR-Finance domains and gain expert knowledge along the way. Together with this, you will be able to work very closely with one of our major customers. You will be their single point of contact to guide and help the end- or key users through their daily transactions in the system. We are looking for someone who can identify with :

    • Analytical skills: diving into specific issues or data to resolve problems experienced by the customer, and optimize their user experience
    • Communication: being able to communicate in a professional way and adapt to the customer's sensitivities
    • Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, and prepare the required training material
    • Ownership: grow and become one of our HR-IT experts, by diving deeply into the system and testing the entire solution

Your profile

We are looking for someone that :

    • Holds a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in HR management, commercial engineering, (applied) economics or Business Engineering or Finance
    • Is fluent in Dutch and French, and has professional working proficiency in English
    • Has a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
    • Has a talent for detecting business needs and to create added value
    • Is pragmatic, autonomous, loyal & structured
    • Is willing to invest in long term relationships with customers and colleagues
    • Is eligible for security clearance
