We are looking for a dedicated Plant Product Safety and Conformity Responsible to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Quality team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large scale European battery factories.


This job contributes to the optimization and implementation of Product Integrity systems to
ensure the plant compliance to latest product integrity regulations and high level of product
safety.


Key responsibilities
Overall areas of responsibility and activities.
• Manage the product integrity incident process, coordinate incident related issues and
follow-up incidents
• Coordinate and conduct product integrity line walks in safety and conformity related
areas, processes, products
• Coordinate and conduct product integrity related cross-reading activities
• Participate in the group product integrity network as representative of the plant
• Support of the analysis of product integrity related KPIs by proposing and implementing
potential solutions to optimize continuous improvement and lessons learned
• Support the preparation of training documents and conduction of trainings
• Support the implementation of preventive approaches to robust and safe products and
processes
• Support the group market surveillance process

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Certification in VDA Product Integrity (PSCR)
  • Good knowledge of IATF, VDA 6.3, Product Audit, customer requirements and relevant standardsGood knowledge of the Product Safety Act and product liability law
  • Good knowledge of the products and processes, including their intended use
  • Good knowledge of methods for risk assessment and their application, as well as risk identification and protection.
