Tokmanni Group, together with Dollarstore, is developing new commercial concepts and is now looking for a creative, structured, and forward-thinking person to join the journey. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in both the operational and strategic planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns across digital channels and in-store communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a broad role where you will be able to shape and put your personal touch on the marketing of an entirely new concept. The role is based at our office in Kista and reports to the Concept Lead Manager.

Your responsibilities includes:

  • Planning, designing, and executing marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns for new store concepts across various channels, ensuring alignment with the overall branding strategy and goals.
  • Developing creative concepts for external media (digital and print) and overseeing their production.
  • Creating and delivering in-store marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing, clear, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Independently and continuously producing engaging, audience-tailored content for our digital media channels while monitoring, updating, and developing the channels under your responsibility.
  • Keeping up with fast-moving trends in social media and working with a high degree of creative freedom within set strategies, action plans, and deadlines.
  • Utilizing Adobe Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit marketing materials for internal and external media campaigns.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Staying updated on marketing trends and ensuring the adoption of best practices in campaign execution.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and departments such as purchasing, marketing, and store operations.
  • Working with external stakeholders such as advertising agencies to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and effective campaigns.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers and other external stakeholders as needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating with store managers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of in-store marketing materials.

Your profile:

  • A post-secondary education in marketing, communication, design, social media, or equivalent work experience deemed relevant by the employer.
  • Experience using both mobile and camera for creating video and still image content.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write engaging and concise texts.
  • Familiarity working with social media platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft 365: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • B driver’s license, as store visits are required within the Stockholm region for content creation, opening events, photo shoots, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail in both design and messaging.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies efficiently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality output within tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

  • This is a full-time position, with a 6-month probation period.
