Role Scope:
As a Product Manager at HVD Group, you will be an integral member of our product development team, responsible for further developing our product organization and driving product success mainly through three key pillars:

Documentation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation.
• Ensure that all product documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to understand the technical aspects of each product for effective documentation.

Feature Development:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define new features.
• Create mock-ups, user stories, and wireframes to illustrate new feature concepts.
• Ensure that new features align with customer needs and company goals.
• Oversee feature development from conception to delivery.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Execute thorough testing for new features, identifying and documenting defects.
• Conduct regression testing to maintain the integrity and quality of the existing product.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with the development team to address and prioritize identified issues.

Candidate Profile:
Your educational background is not decisive. On the other hand, it is important that you have experience in product management and working in product-oriented organizations, stressing the experience of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. We welcome a wide range of experiences—whether you have a previous background as a developer or within design, we are curious to hear more from you!

We think that you take a prestige-less approach to the ownership of the whole product chain, from requirements to deployment and maintenance, with key experience in high-paced scale-up environments.

• Familiarity with product management tools, Agile methodologies, and project management practices.
• Proven experience in product management, including product documentation, feature development, and quality assurance.
