Performance Marketing Specialist

Your mission at Epassi.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital growth, crafting and executing campaigns that connect with both businesses and individual users. You will own the strategy for generating high-quality leads for our sales team (B2B) while also designing engaging campaigns to activate and retain over 1 million Finnish Epassi users (B2C) through paid media.

Your responsibilities.

This is more than just managing ads. You are a strategic partner who understands the full marketing funnel and can translate business goals into measurable results. You will have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and build a performance marketing machine that directly contributes to Epassi's success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own Our Digital Advertising: You will manage and optimize our paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a sharp focus on ROI.
  • Drive B2B Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract and nurture high-quality leads for our B2B services, working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless funnel.
  • Boost B2C User Activation: Create compelling campaigns to engage our existing community, encouraging them to get the most out of their benefits.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive deep into campaign data to uncover actionable insights. You will constantly be testing, learning, and refining your approach to improve key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work with our content, data, and product teams to create high-performing marketing campaign that resonate with our diverse audiences. You'll also get to learn and share with your peer performance specialists from other Epassi countries across Europe.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Propose and run A/B tests and pilot new channels (like TikTok or programmatic advertising) to find new paths for growth.

What Success Looks Like in This Role.

We believe in setting you up for success from day one. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • In your first 90 days: You will have audited our current campaigns, implemented quick wins to boost performance, and developed distinct strategies for our B2B lead generation and B2C user activation goals. You will be comfortable with our tools, have built key relationships, and will be running your first new campaigns.
  • Within 6 months: You will be scaling successful campaigns and running a well-oiled experimentation program. You will have a clear view of what drives results for both of our key audiences and will be sharing data-driven insights that help shape our broader marketing strategy. You will have created a playbook of best practices that elevates our entire team.

What you should bring:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a performance marketing role, with hands-on management of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage campaigns for both B2B (lead generation) and B2C (user activation/engagement) goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You are comfortable with marketing analytics platforms and turning data into stories.
  • A proactive and collaborative spirit. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are always looking for ways to improve.
  • A suitable academic degree (Bachelor's or higher)
  • Experience in media planning and purchasing and working in an advertising agency or with other paid media (e.g. TikTok, programmatic, DOOH), is seen as a plus.

Language requirements:

  • Finnish - native or fluent proficiency (C1/C2)
  • English - fluent and business-proficient (minimum B2/C1), for international communication and reporting
