We are working in a hybrid model, 2-3 days/week from the office in Helsinki and couple of days/week remote. This position is permanent and full time.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's presence in social media, as well as activating our users through EpassiStories (in Epassi app). This role involves creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content, monitoring results and interacting with our audiences to build community and drive engagement. The content creation part includes going out and capturing casual and engaging content with our key stakeholders, to make Epassi more authentic and relatable. The goal is to grow our following & engagement on all platforms and convert that into loyal behavior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate users by publishing inspiring content in different channels and leveraging top tier merchant partnerships & offers.
  • Create engaging content with our clients, merchants, users, and other key stakeholders. Professional video editing skills are not required for this role as our videographer will be able to support along the content creation process. Basic editing skills are required from you.
  • Plan, create, publish, and share new content that builds meaningful connections with our target audiences, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with Epassi’s brand.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to foster a positive brand image and build relationships with followers.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing and data teams to develop social media campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across countries for best practices and winning concepts.
  • Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Broad experience of different social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ideally from a marketing agency.
  • Demonstrated skills in video and photography, at least with a smartphone.
  • Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to change tone and style for different social media platforms.
  • Understanding of social media KPI’s and content marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
  • Experience from social selling programs and influencer marketing is seen as a BIG plus.
  • Experience from image or video editing software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is seen as a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Fluent Swedish is a plus.

The position is based in Helsinki with a hybrid working model. It means we expect to see you at our office a couple times a week but otherwise we'll give you room to manage your own schedules.
