We're looking for a Software Engineer to our MarTech team!
This position can be based in Stockholm or Oslo.
As a Software Engineer within Martech at Lendo you will design, build, and maintain microservices that enable seamless integrations with key marketing technologies such as Braze, Google Ads and Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc, as well as support and maintain the data layer implementation. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of MarTech systems while collaborating closely with specialists to deliver best-practice, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance the organization’s marketing operations.
You will work closely with MarTech and analytics implementation specialists, as well as data engineers and data scientists in the Data and Machine Learning team, which is responsible for the entirety of data flows across all markets and brands within Lendo Group.

We believe you have at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend and API integrations and a proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure microservices. You are proficient in Python and comfortable with deployments to Google Cloud Platform, and we expect you to be familiar with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
We believe you are a problem solver with good rhetoric and people skills who is comfortable explaining technical concepts in English in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
We don’t expect you to be a CRM or marketing specialist – we’re looking for a software engineer with an interest in working with marketing systems.
