Key Tasks & Activities

The SAP department of Capgemini Belgium is a key player in guiding companies through SAP implementations and S/4 Transformations. To reinforce our Project Management Office (PMO) team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Management Officer (PMO).

• You will assist project managers in project management, account coordination, data compliance requirements, and other administrative tasks.
• You will work closely with multiple senior project managers on our major accounts, delivering challenging and impactful projects.
• Foster effective teamwork by collaborating within the PMO team and across workstreams.
• Demonstrate accuracy, proactivity, and multitasking capabilities with a strong sense of ownership.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and/or client.
• Oversee, manage, and monitor project resource and time tracking processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports about project status, progress, risks, …
• Standardization and improve project follow up tools and processes.
• Manage risks and issues effectively and support the change control process.
• Prepare multi-project reports and ensure data quality.
• Support of program manager.

Knowledge & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Communication, Commercial Engineering, (Applied) Economics, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Result-oriented with a high level of commitment.
• Pragmatic, self-driven, and enthusiastic with excellent multitasking abilities.
