Your Role on Our Team? 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏻

  • Deliver excellent day-to-day support to our customers
  • Bridge the gap between customers and our internal departments such as product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance - and of course, support
  • Drive improvements of processes in a new organization, making support operations efficient and scalable
  • Create informative and engaging material to educate our customers
  • Administrative tasks and reporting related to customer excellence and support

You will play a central role in shaping and managing our support as the go-to contact for day-to-day customer tickets. You will ensure the delivery of accessible, high-quality support across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you must have a proactive mindset to stay informed about product and operational changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This also includes identifying opportunities in your customer interactions, such as need for technical escalations, creating sales leads, or other areas for customer improvements. Great contributions and dedication will open doors to new opportunities as the department develops. You could be our future team leader..!

Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to Patrik, CS Team Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product). You will be our 2nd Customer Support Specialist and be a key player in building up our Customer Support organization.

2022Lime Go breaks loose and becomes a brand new business area within the Lime Group. 3 employees and a clear vision is set! This is only the beginning.. 6 months later and 11 people onboard. Larger deals, bigger customers and launching in Norway & Denmark.

2021The new interface is launched for all customers, leaving Knockout and facing the future in React/Redux in a modern & powerful suit.

2020The new UI released and the inflow at our support department was quiet as a bad joke on a stiff dinner party. Success!

2019Redesign project initiated. Lots of customer interviews, betas and bugs. ~30 thousand lines of code was about to happen in 1,5 years.

2013The first version of Lime Go is born.
