About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Office Coordinator for supporting the Dometic Budapest office.
As an Office Coordinator, you will be involved into the operational management of the office life with some fix returning tasks but also will be responsible for different projects up to EMEA level.
The role is covering a parental leave and lasts until the employee comes back. At the moment it is expected to be around 18 months.
This is an onsite position with office presence and one day home office per week.
Your main responsibilities
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of the office, like managing the ordering of the office stationery, keeping contact with the facility department and the landlord in office related topics.
Acts as a focal point to employees in questions connected to office, parking lot, post etc.
The role is responsible for all the events in Budapest, support the functions and visitors in any related question.
The position provides personal assistance to EMEA managers in Budapest in administrative duties , supports HR in time attendance registration and other HR administration tasks.
We are looking for a person who has the ownership and acts as the glue that holds all the departments and people together.
Office management related tasks (50%)
