We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Warehouse Manager. This position reports to Operations Manager and will work in Litchfield, Illinois.

As Warehouse Manager of the Litchfield team, you will be involved in our warehousing and distribution operations. Overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

General Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety programs
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Responsible for two shift warehouse operation: receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Produce reports, presentations, and statistics regularly (Daily Pick/Pack Rates, Order Fill, etc.)
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
  • Responsible for shipping results (fill rates, order accuracy, etc.) and inventory accuracy
  • Responsible for warehouse time keeping and ensure compliance with HR Policies
  • Partner with Lean resources to continually improve warehouse efficiencies
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement a long-term employee training program

Skills & Requirements

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in (operational/engineering/manufacturing/etc.) environment. Additionally, they will have acquired the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Bachelors in a business-related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of Pick/Pack, Distributions supervisory/leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc)
  • ERP/MRP experience required; Fourth shift experience preferred
  • Experience in working with 3PLs, Transportation Brokers or Forwarders preferred
