We are looking for a Merchant Sales Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
As a Merchant Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in Epassi’s growth by recruiting new merchants to our network and building strong partnerships. With over 19,000 merchants in our ecosystem, your mission will be to expand this network by driving the sales process from start to finish and strengthening existing relationships. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with various departments like marketing, product, and support to ensure our success.

We are working in a hybrid model, 3 days/week from the office in Stockholm and 2 days/week remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new merchants to the Epassi network, primarily through phone-based sales.
  • Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and cold calls to closing deals.
  • Work with prioritized prospect lists aligned with company goals.
  • Contribute to team achievements and play an active role in improving sales processes and routines.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
