Key responsibilities

  • Configuring and setting up the various broadcaster systems for internal and external users of apps and systems
  • Liaising with product owners and third-party developers to investigate and resolve bugs and support root cause analyses
  • Ensuring efficient coordination and professional implementation of platforms and modules, including broadcaster booking items, rate cards, booking forms, event set-up and report configuration
  • Maintaining constant communication with users, passing on feedback and requests for system modifications from the product owner
  • Assisting with the set-up and configuration of ICT solutions before and after events, providing on-site support as needed
  • Helping to coordinate data and metrics requests relating to apps and systems, sometimes using power tools/BI

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years' experience being directly involved in the development, set-up and delivery of apps and bespoke systems
  • Experience using power apps/BI apps (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate) to deliver organisational value
  • Experience using or creating visualisations for dashboards
  • Experience working in the sport or football sector is desirable but not essential

Languages:

  • English: Proficient

Other requirements:

  • Evidence of self-taught skills or adult education will be considered favourably, e.g. Google certificates, Coursera or Linkedin Learning
