We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to work closely with our Eastern US Region Manager. If you have experience in sales and are eager to take the next big step in your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be traveling to the US for trade shows, school visits, and customer meetings alongside your colleagues. You will learn how to prospect effectively, create opportunities, and close deals while working closely with a senior sales professional in an international setting.

    Skills & Requirements

    What you will do as an Account Executive?

    • Learn more about sales by working closely with our Eastern US Region Manager
    • Represent Strawbees at conferences, trade shows, and other events while actively increasing market awareness through prospecting, reaching out to potential customers (school districts in the US), booking meetings, building lasting customer relationships, and managing the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing deals—with a strong focus on new business and achieving team KPIs.
    • Continuously learn and develop, not only yourself but also the team and colleagues by sharing success stories, learnings etc.
    • Collaborate with colleagues cross-functional. We value your thoughts and ideas highly and truly want everyone to be part of developing the company.

    Who are you?

    • First and foremost; you love sales!
    • Since your main focus will be the Eastern US market, you are fluent in English.
    • Excited about working with international teams, which may require availability during hours after 5 PM. We trust our team members to manage their schedules, offering the freedom and responsibility to balance work commitments in a way that works best for you.
    • You are ready to take the next step in your career as a sales professional and want to develop your sales skills

    You have experience in telemarketing, SDR, customer success, or other sales-related roles and are ready to level up your career.
