As a Customer Success Manager, you will be joining our Value Enablement team where we bring tangible value to our customers while having a great passion for data and analytics. As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Be the closest point of contact with your dedicated customers, drive well-organized and effective customer encounters, as well as activate and monitor your customers to ensure optimal user adoption.
  • Build overview and take ownership of your customer’s journey at Sievo by having knowledge about all ongoing client activities. You coordinate and drive changes, flag issues and act as a project manager for development projects.
  • Help clients’ Procurement, Finance and IT functions to get the maximum value out of Sievo’s software by finding solutions for their business and procurement analytics needs.
  • Communicate customers’ business requirements and client context to other Sievonians allowing effective issue resolution and product development.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Manager to develop strategies ensuring client satisfaction, growth and retention - you will optimize customer environments and processes, analyse client health, as well as identify upsales opportunities.
  • Onboard new clients and train users to get the most out of the insights our application provides them.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills of Sievo tools, and procurement in general, so that you are constantly able to solve customers' problems.

We expect that you:

  • Have know-how to build great and long-lasting relationships with global clients and thrive to exceed client expectations. You have the desire to learn and understand the business and context of your clients.
  • Have fluent communication skills in English and excellent presentation skills – your communication is clear, interactive and emphatic. You can communicate complex things in a simple manner with the global Sievo teams, your clients and other stakeholders.
  • Are tech-savvy and quick to learn how to use new softwares and technologies. You have an analytical mindset and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Have experience in using BI tools, for example PowerBI, Tableau or QlikSense. You understand how analytics are built.
  • Are a fantastic problem solver. You do whatever it takes to find an optimal solution and do not settle for an ‘okay’ alternative.
  • You have an organized and structured way of working, you love deadlines and keeping track on things! You are not afraid of taking strong ownership of a wide range of tasks, including driving customer actions internally or prioritizing tasks of supporting teams.
  • Are able to work effectively across cross-functional teams, you are collaborative and solution-oriented.
  • Have understanding of IT industry and SaaS business as the context we operate in.
  • Are able to join us at the office in Helsinki city center at least 2 days per week. We also expect that you are able to occasionally travel to meet customers.

What we also appreciate:

  • Prior experience or understanding of procurement and supply chain as the context we operate in would help you make a flying start!
  • Having knowledge of SQL is beneficial, with the ability to follow scripts and understand what they do.
  • Other language skills in addition to English, such as French or German, are an asset.

This is a full-time position and the salary ranges from 3900 to 4500€ per month. This position offers a great opportunity for example for individuals with a business analyst background in the field of finance or procurement to shift their career more towards customer success.
