About the position

As Digital Marketing Specialist in the Global E-commerce team, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to ensure effective traffic generation and customer acquisition through various digital channels, including social media, search, and email. The role is placed at HQ in Solna Strand, Stockholm and will report to E-Commerce Manager, EMEA – also based at HQ.

Your main responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and email– focusing on DTC E-Commerce and the European DTC Dometic websites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on Dometic’s e-commerce site.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Adopt and curate engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilise SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and management of the digital marketing budget.

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be at least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing – either from the agency or client side, it would be great if you have experience from working with strong consumer brands. You also possess the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Relevant degree in business administration, marketing, communications, e-commerce or similar study field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics etc).
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • You are fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual in Swedish and/or German is a plus.
